All orders are dispatched within one business day from our distribution centres. If you need an item urgently, please contact us at info@silveretteapac.com and we will do our best to dispatch it as soon as possible.

Free standard shipping applies to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and Indonesia. Our shipping includes insurance and tracking. Estimated delivery for free postage is 2–4 business days from dispatch.

Shipping to all other destinations will be calculated at checkout. When you place an order, we will provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on item availability and the shipping option you select. Depending on the shipping provider, these estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please note that shipping rates for many items are weight-based. Product weights are listed on each item’s detail page. In accordance with our shipping partners’ policies, all weights are rounded up to the next full kilogram.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and may vary by destination country. Returns Policy

We genuinely hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. Because these items are for personal health and hygiene, our returns policy has a few important details to keep everyone safe and happy.

If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order,you can send back any unused item that’s still in its original, unopened packaging. As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method for the cost of the product.

• Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage on non faulty items.
• Shipping fees: Original shipping fees are non refundable.

Items We Can’t Take Back

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been opened or used, unless there’s a fault covered by consumer law. We know this can be disappointing, but this policy ensures the safety of all our customers.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at info@silveretteapac.com within 14 days of receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return your item. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
2. Package the item carefully in its original, unopened packaging and include your proof of purchase.
3. Send it back using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive and inspect it, we’ll process your refund promptly.
